Born in Stillwater, Oklahoma, Phil lived in the South for over 45 years before moving to Colorado where he now resides.
Phil has worked at LSU, the Baton Rouge public school system, The University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Spring Hill College, and Lynchburg College before coming to Western State College in 2007. He was the journalism minor adviser here and advised the college newspaper The Top of the World
A photographer since 1969, Phil has exhibited in over 20 one-person shows and was featured in the Gunnison Times. The Baton Rouge Advocate, a Baton Rouge Music magazone for photos of the Phil Brady blues jam, and is presently showing in Coffee Trader on Main Street in Montrose, Colorado.
Presently living in Montrose, Co., Phil is working on writing and photography projects and ideas for small art and business web development.
